Participants will create a simple circuit to take away using LEDs, paper, copper tape and clips. We will also explore how to code LEDs using a simple block-based coding language. Basic electronics, problem-solving and technology are combined to create engaging and interesting projects. Resources and materials links will be provided to begin making your own projects in class with your students.

Chris Reina has been involved in education for the last 16 years, technology for the last 37 and Making for the last 48 years. Chris is one-third of MakerMeetIE – a group of dedicated educators with a passion in STEAM-led, project-based education combining technology and Maker skills to facilitate more effective learning.
