Hands-On AI: Practical Workflows for Education

This is a workshop (45 min): Using just mobile phones we navigate AI, starting with AI for Personal Knowledge Management. We do activities, swiftly producing multimodal items, sharing perspectives, sharing ideas.
1 Use Notion app to browse a knowledge vault containing the session’s activities. ​Then copy a string of text from Notion into your mobile notes app.
2 Use Microsoft Copilot to produce an image from text.​
3 Upload image to Google Drive.
4 Use Gamma to build a slide deck from a string of text copied earlier.
5 Watch Magisto produce a video selection of images.
6 Share Otter.ai while contributing to a story.
7 Use Napkin.ai to produce a flow chart. Then upload the flow chart to a Google Drive folder.
8 Use Claude.ai to summarise a Google Drive folder.
9 Use Eleven Reader to produce an audio clip of the summary.
10. Discuss EU AI Act and the Four-P Framework for Successful Digital Transformation​
11. Use Socrative to share ideas.
