Presented by: Colette Kirwan
This presentation is concerned with demoing the unplugged activities that form part of a Computational Thinking curriculum that I developed for first-year to transition year secondary students. In this presentation, you will learn how to perform these activities and also how they are related to Computational Thinking and Computer Science.
These activities form part of my PhD research; they have been performed and refined based on feedback by four hundred Irish students and eleven teachers in six different schools. The course content has also been reviewed by four experts in the field of Computer Science education
