‘An Tairseach’: Ag Cruthú Acmhainní Digiteacha agus Pobail Chleachtais ar Líne le múinteoirí ábhar T1 (earnáil lán-Ghaeilge) ar bhonn na comhpháirtíochta / ‘An Tairseach’: Creating Digital Resources and Online Communities of Practice (OCoPs) in collaboration with L1 (Irish-medium sector) subject teachers

Presented by: Frank Ó Tormaigh, Pádraig Ó Beaglaoich, Peadar Ó Loideáin

COGG have recently completed Phase 1 development ‘An Tairseach’, a body of online resources as Gaeilge created by L1 teachers for L1 teachers. We have created over 200 resources at this stage in the following areas: Gaeilge, Online Language and Digital Resources, Woodwork, Business Studies, Home Economics, Physics, Mathematics, Music and Physical Education. We plan to add further secondary and primary resources in 2021. Teachers can easily download and share them digitally with their students. Teachers have permission to change the resources for differentiation and dialectical purposes. By attending this seminar teachers will be made aware of what resources are available, how to access them and how to use these resources in a synchronous / asynchronous teaching environment. This session will also be beneficial to L2 (English-medium) teachers who wish to establish OCoPs.
