Through their company H2, John and Michael assist organisations to design and implement innovative curriculum based projects that utilise ICT, e-learning and digital media effectively. John and Michael, along with Pat Brennan, have considerable teacher professional development experience through TeachNet (www.teachnet.ie) which designs and delivers online learning for practicing teachers on the use of the ICT in Irish schools. The TeachNet Blog (http://blog.teachnet.ie) provides a comprehensive repository of useful links, resources and best practice for technology empowered 21st century learning.
H2 manages the Elevate Learning Programme for The Digital Hub Development Agency (DHDA), delivering a range of education and training programmes that focus on the learning and training needs of the Liberties community, schools and the digital media sector.  H2 is working with Discover Science and Engineering to promote an investigative approach in science teaching (www.discoversensors.ie) and has developed Projectblogger (www.projectblogger.ie), a new blogging facility for science students. H2 is also currently working on ICT in education projects for Intel, Microsoft, Hibernia College, FIT and the NCCA.
