FIS has seen an explosion over the last 12 months with the Launch of 4 major new projects available to both Primary and Secondary Schools.  FIS Bookclub aimed at increasing literacy levels; A new Online CPD Digital Media Course for Teachers; A Video sharing platform for all Schools now also available as Gailge and the roll out of a new Certified CPD for teachers available through Blackrock Education Centre. Ciaran will be sharing his thoughts on how teachers can benefit from these new projects in a way that enhances the teaching that is happening in the classroom. The goal of these projects is to allow the technology to be an active enabler of learning in our classrooms rather than an additional barrier to our teaching. This presentation will take us on a journey from learning new technology to how to implement digital media into our classroom to sharing it with our fellow educators.
