Tom Lonergan joined NCTE in November 2003, as National Co-ordinator for Technology Integration Initiative (TII) and co-ordinates a number of technology related programs in NCTE including broadband for schools. Tom has 20 years experience working in the telecommunications and service provider industry. He graduated with a degree in electronic systems from the University of Limerick in 1982, then worked for 12 years for Nortel Networks in Galway and Canada. Prior to joining NCTE Tom worked as Operations Director for YAC.com, a service provider operating mainly in the UK.
