The Drumcondra/ICS/CESI Interactive Whiteboard Project began in the Spring of 2005 with the first of the boards installed just before that Summer. I have been involved with the Project since its outset and have had occasion to visit and interview a number of the Project Teachers and Students. My findings suggest positive outcomes across each of the sectors included in the Project – and these sectors included Primary, Post-Primary, Hearing Impaired and a Gaelscoil – but what are the factors that contribute to that success? What are the implications for our classrooms going forward?
