Announcing CESI Meet – September 2010

- Friday 17th September 8-10pm, Skellig Hotel, Dingle, Co Kerry
- Saturday 18th September 10:00-12:00, Pobalscoil Chorca Dhuibhne

In response to our members’ enthusiastic feedback to previous CESI Meet Events, the CESI Executive Committee is delighted to announce CESI Meet – 17th September 2010.

A semi-formal evening of sharing information, ideas and projects, this CESI Meet’s programme will provide attendees with exposure to different ICT & learning topics in the span of two hours in the Skellig Hotel, Dingle.

The length of presentations will range from from Mini (5 mins), Soap Box (15 mins) and Nano (2 mins).

Of course no CESI Meet would be complete without a few friendly competitions, spot prizes and refreshments; and so prospective attendees - rest assured - there will be plenty of this type of craic on the night!

Following the recent interest in Moodle on the CESI-List, we are pleased to confirm that in addition to Friday evening's CESI Meet, we have organised a Moodle workshop and Interactive Whiteboard presentation for the following morning 10:00 - 12:00 in Pobalscoil Chorca Dhuibhne, Dingle.

Call for Presenters

If you are interested in presenting at the Friday night CESI Meet, follow this link and complete the proposal form on or before Friday 3rd September, with the following details:

* Presentation title and length, i.e. 2, 5 or 15 minutes.
* A brief description of the presentation
* Any special equipment that might be needed for the presentation

* Brief biography
